However, if you wish to know about what might be the cause behind it, read on to find out.

Following are the three main issues that lead to startup problems:

• Power component issues
• Boot source
• BIOS issues

Power component issues

HP All-in-One 200t series may have startup related issues due to various reasons. The most common reason possibly is the power cord issue. Before you panic and decide to take the system to a local repair shop it is essential to check a few preliminary things. You need to ensure that the power cord is working fine and the power components are perfectly fitted to the CPU. If these are not working properly, then you need to arrange for genuine spares and replace them.

Boot source issue

The functioning of your HP All-in-One 200t series is based upon the boot startup source. This boot is located in the hard disk section of the system. If this boot source encounters a problem then it results in startup issues. If you encounter any such error with the specific source then you need to make changes in the boot accordingly. For this purpose get in touch with a computer support provider and their technical experts will ensure that the process of changing the boot source is carried out smoothly.

BIOS issue

Another trouble can be with the BIOS of your HP All-in-One 200t series. BIOS stands for Basic Input Output of System. It is the integral and initial check that is performed while the system is booting up. This is an auto check function that ensures that the devices connected to the system and the components are working properly. During this initial checking procedure the scan ensures that there are no hiccups. If any issue is found with any component or there are connectivity conflicts then it adversely affects the startup procedure. Now the only thing to do is to replace the entire BIOS with an upgraded version. After learning about the most prevalent reasons behind startup issues now it will be easier for you to find out the possible cause. If your HP All-in-One 200t series is still having issues then there might be virus or Trojan attack and before this takes a serious turn you need to contact a well known computer support provider and eliminate it.

Windows 8 final version likely to be launched in coming October

The leading business and commercial news agency Bloomberg has reported that Microsoft will release the Windows 8 final version in October 2012. The design and development work for the latest version of the Windows OS is in final stages and the company is expecting to release it for consumers during the last quarter of the current year.

Taking a reference from the people who have information about the launch, Bloomberg reported that fewer than five devices are expected to run on the ARM on the chip architecture during the launch. These ARM chips are suitable for lighter and thinner mobile computing devices such as smartphone and tablets. With ARM chips, Microsoft wants to dilute the dominance and lead of Apple’s iPad in the global tablet market. The launch of Windows 8 on ARM chips becomes even more significant as recently iPad sold more than 3 million units of its new iPad in just three days of its launch. This latest Windows version will be the first to use ARM processors that are usually found in mobile computing devices. Its predecessor and current Windows version, Windows7 works only with Intel's technology.

Microsoft is expected to reveal its Windows 8 release plan and strategy during its event for industry partners in early April 2012. People who gave indications regarding the launch said that Microsoft is likely to give more details about timing and marketing for the latest OS during the event.

By launching the Windows 8 final version in October Microsoft intends to utilize the shopping spree of consumers worldwide on the occasion of Christmas and New Year. Christmas shoppers are expected to purchase the new software that works with touch-screen devices apart from laptops and desktop PCs. According to industry experts, if Microsoft misses the September-October timeframe then they will not have anything to ship in 2012. With the launch of Windows 8 final version Microsoft also aims to recover the lost sales to the iPad and refurbish the moribund PC market.

The crux of the launch will be the availability of Windows 8 on both ARM chips as well as Intel chips. So far the full version of Windows has never run on ARM chips so this adjustment is taking time. Even during the launch of test version of Windows 8 the software ran only on Intel chips. This time Microsoft wants to launch the Windows 8 running on both the chips. Steven Sinofsky, president of the Windows business has repeated several times that the company wants to launch both ARM and Intel-based software together.

Apple iPad 2 got cheaper: Price slashed by $100

De-escalation in the price of gadgets over the time is not a new practice, but if it is about Apple and particularly iPad 2 it becomes catchy and not to be forgone. If you are one of those who is looking for price tag trimming of iPad 2, then the mission is accomplished. During the launch of Apple’s new iPad in California on March 7, Apple announced the revised price of iPad 2 at $399. This opened options of getting an iPad for those consumers who are budget restraint and somehow not finding themselves eligible due to the price. The move of Apple to reduce the iPad 2 price became one of the most sought news at par with the launch of the new iPad.

Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed the iPad 2 price diminution in California on March 7 during the Apple product event. Apple said that it has been decided not to discontinue the new iPad predecessor iPad 2 but dropped the latter’s price by $100 in the U.S. The new price will be applicable all around the world with minor variation. The objective behind this move of Apple is to restore the lost market share in the tablet segment. Faced with stiff competition from tablet makers like Amazon Inc and Samsung, Apple was due to slash the price of tablets it offers. However, Apple enjoys an esteemed brand identity in the market still price factor plays a vital role in forming its market share. With this step, Apple has initiated an effort to revamp its market share by including a new consumer group which looks for Apple gadgets within a reduced price band.

Asian sub-continent especially India and China make a big market for Apple products. To bring the reduced price in effect immediately, Apple India slashed the price of iPad 2 in India by Rs 5000. With this move the 16GB base model of the iPad 2 that runs on Wi-Fi only will cost Rs 24,500 down from 29,500 earlier. Apple India said that the ipad 2 is now more affordable and available for just Rs 24,500 that includes VAT for the 16GB Wi-Fi version. Similarly, 16GB Wi-Fi + 3G model including VAT will be available for just Rs 32,900. A company spokesman said that the new prices will be applicable to all models available in India. However, they didn’t have any information about when the new iPad will be available for the Indian consumers.

Officials at Apple have architected the business plan quite intelligently by keeping tab on both segments of the consumers. At one time they are introducing new iPad with futuristic features to allure the consumers who savor to enjoy the latest technology; and next they have continued the iPad 2 with subsidized rate to penetrate among budget oriented consumers. It seems to be a good business moves that can help Apple recover its lost consumer base. For a consumer like you it is the best time to grab an iPad 2 at an unprecedented price band and fulfill your long due wish.
