Apple iPad 2 got cheaper: Price slashed by $100

Apple India said that the ipad 2 is now more affordable and available for just Rs 24,500 that includes VAT for the 16GB Wi-Fi version. Similarly, 16GB Wi-Fi + 3G model including VAT will be available for just Rs 32,900. A company spokesman said that the new prices will be applicable to all models available in India. However, they didn’t have any information about when the new iPad will be available for the Indian consumers.

Officials at Apple have architected the business plan quite intelligently by keeping tab on both segments of the consumers. At one time they are introducing new iPad with futuristic features to allure the consumers who savor to enjoy the latest technology; and next they have continued the iPad 2 with subsidized rate to penetrate among budget oriented consumers.
