Read the below steps to install it:


a. Click the ‘File menu’ in ‘Microsoft Management Console.’

b. Then, Click ‘Add/Remove Snap-in.’

c. Click the ‘Local Users and Groups.’

d. Then, Click ‘Add.’

e. Click the ‘Local’ computer.

f. Click ‘Finish’.

g. Then, Click ‘OK.’

9. Click the ‘Users’ folder.

10. Click the ‘Action menu.’

11. Then, Click the ‘New User.’

12. Click ‘Create.’

13. Click ‘Close’ to creating the user accounts.

14. ‘Restart’ the computer.

If your computer is in Workgroup:

1. Restart your computer in the ‘Safe Mode with Networking.’

2. Click the ‘Start button.’

3. Click the ‘Control Panel.’

4. Then, click the ‘User Accounts and Family Safety’ to open ‘User Accounts.’

5. Click the ‘User Accounts.’

6. Click ‘Manage’ another account.

Copy Files to the New User Profile

3. Open the ‘My Documents’ folder.

4. Click on ‘Computer.’

5. Double-click the hard drive partition in which Windows is installed (It’s usually C: drive).

6. Double-click ‘Users.’

7. Double-click the 'User' that has your name.

8. Then, double-click ‘My Documents.’

9. Click the ‘Tools menu.’

10. Then, click ‘Folder Options.’

11. Press ‘Alt’ if you are unable to see the ‘Tools menu.’

12. Click the ‘View’ tab.

13. Then, click ‘Show hidden files, folders, and drives.’

14. You need to clear the ‘Hide protected operating system files check box.’

15. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm.

16. Click ‘OK.'

17. Find the C:\Users\Old_Username folder from C drive.

18. Locate the ‘Old_Username’ and the profile from you want to copy files.

19. Select all of the folders and files in this folder, except the below-mentioned files.

a) “Ntuser.dat.”

b) “Ntuser.dat.log.”

c) “Ntuser.ini.”

20. Click the ‘Edit menu.’

21. Then, click ‘Copy.’

22. Press ‘Alt’ if you are unable to see the ‘Edit menu.’

23. Locate the C:\Users\New_Username folder from C drive.

24. Find the New_Username is the name of the new user profile you created.

25. Click the ‘Edit menu.’

26. Then click ‘Paste.’

27. Press ‘Alt’ if you are unable to see the ‘Edit menu.’

28. Log off from the old user profile.

29. Log on again as the new user.
